As a lady who truly respects everyone's journey, I always love to focus on

your energy, your emotional state, your physical body and what you need on that particular day.

There is no pressure to perform, Its a space for you to arrive and simply be.

My yoga journey began in 2011 in Australia while working on a mine site, after a doctor told me I was experiencing anxiety.

At the time, I found it difficult to slow down and was constantly caught in the doing of life. Yoga became a way for me to support my mental health and wellbeing — helping me breathe, feel grounded, and reconnect safely within my own body.

Over time, the practice became something much deeper.

While I love the physical strength and movement yoga brings, for me it has also been a powerful tool for inner calm, self-awareness, and a deeper connection to myself and something greater.

In 2015, I completed my first yoga teacher training in Australia before traveling to India for an immersive two-month teacher training experience.

Since 2017, I have been teaching yoga online alongside my corporate career, while also having opportunities to work within beautiful five-star resorts across Indonesia and Morocco.

As a life and career coach and certified Reiki energy healer, I understand the importance of creating space to support yourself mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Yoga has been a deeply supportive part of my own journey, and it is something I now feel grateful to share with others through a personalised and heart-led approach.
